Advomatic is looking for an experienced individual who can help develop our service offerings as well as refine and expand our sales, strategy and positioning efforts. We are looking for a passionate individual who is interested in making Advomatic an even better web development firm.
The Director of Client Services works directly with our senior staff and CEO to guide the direction and vision of Advomatic, and ensure the long-term viability of the company. He or she will build and maintain relationships with outside partners and clients, drive prospects through the sales process, develop plans to grow and manage service offerings, and coordinate closely with the development and strategy teams at Advomatic to ensure client projects are executed smoothly. Basically, we want someone who wants to share their own unique vision and talents to help take Advomatic to the next level!

Are emotionally intelligent, and socially proficient - a progressive sense of social justice and moral outrage would not be unwelcome. Value and continue to develop pride and integrity in your work. Are pro-active, productive, results-oriented and believe that more is not necessarily better. Have a strong sense of personal and professional responsibility with an entrepreneurial spirit. You like to (and have a track record of) building things - be they businesses, services or houses. Have a passion for managing budgets and hitting targets. View failure as an opportunity to learn, and be willing to take responsibility for it. Are familiar with and passionate about web technology, modern design techniques, user experience standards and general Internet geekery - this should include a deep commitment to, and interest in promoting open source software and its underlying philosophy in your work. Posses a willingness and passion for collaboration and ongoing education. Enjoy managing a team of creative professionals, and be used to (or at least amenable to) working in a distributed work environment. Have at least 3 years in a similar role in a relevant company is also required, as is a college degree or equivalent experience.
