We are looking for a highly-qualified Drupal Themer to join our San Francisco-based team. This person needs to have VERY strong CSS and Javascript/JQuery skills, and also know some PHP. Needs to have worked in Drupal for at least 2 years. The person does not need to have any graphic design (how it looks) type experience or skills - this is a coder position, NOT a graphic design position. Should be strong with straight-forward theming work, but really really needs to handle tough technical theming issues. Needs to be full-time in SF office. Not interested in consultants, remote workers, contractors or outsourced web dev shops.
Qualified candidates should be able to answer each of the following questions satisfactorily:
1) have I created a theme(s) from scratch?
2) can I debug cross-browser theming issues in Drupal?
3) am I a Javascript expert? can I create javascript from scratch? am I working on HTML 5?
4) what source code repositories do I use? SVN? Git? others?
