The NLRB is currently seeking Drupal Development experts who may be able to develop a module(s) to meet some of the needs of training and development office. Those needs are as follows:
We will need to create a user lists and subsets of customizable groups (ie. General staff, management, support staff, etc.)
We need each person to be able to view a personal history of training based on fields that we have defined
Each manager needs to be able to see the same report on all subordinates.
We need to be able to generate reports or export data (.csv or other) to excel to be able to query very specific training stats such as usage by office, by group, etc.
Currently all training is external but we would like to be able to create customizable curriculum that each employee will complete by themselves and be able to report completion to us.
Employees need to be able to submit training that is completed (self-development) so that we can verify and track it.
In the future we will need to upload our internally developed training. We mostly use Adobe Captivate and Flash Files.
We will of course collect quiz results. However, we would also like to track usage statistics.
We have a government issued standard form (.pdf) that we would like to export data from (maybe .xml) and import into individual users’ course histories to track and generate reports from. This form has several fields for which we are required to track data. Plus, we need to be able to track financial information (tuition, travel) based on various subsets that are reported on the form.
If you think that you or your organization can meet these needs, please, send a brief outline of your suggestion/solution and an idea of the budget you would need to dustin.norwood@nlrb.gov.
