Currently working on my customer development, but quickly getting to the point of needing a minimal viable product. TheTrackerpro.com is applying the business techniques of a lean start up. Currently we have 45 subscribers (wedding photographers that want to use this tool) I could get more, but I want to validate more business models before biting off more then I can chew.
