I've been pounding my head over this for some time, and I don't know where else to look. I create view blocks and some have the view name, and some do not, as the block delta. Knowing the block delta would be nice for theming. Problem is, I can't figure why some block deltas use the view name, while others appear random. Any insight would be most appreciated.
