Drupal Developer | The UMC for the University of Colorado at Boulder

The UMC at the University of Colorado at Boulder - http://umc.colorado.edu - is redesigning their current website and looking for immediate Quotes from Drupal Developers:

Quote Submission Deadline: Friday, April 22, 2011

Please indicate if you have done development work for CU in the past.
Must provide 3 samples of live Drupal sites, preferably highlighting similar requirements (as listed below)

Project Completion Deadline: Project must be delivered no later than June 30, 2011 (Please do not submit a quote, if you can not deliver on this timeline)
Platform Requirements: This site must be developed in Drupal. Final site will live on a University server.

The following is a list of requirements:
Design and functionality:
The design files will be provided by CU as Photoshop docs
CU approved Header, Search and Footer script will be provided
Background image and social media icons (possibly to be placed in the footer) will be provided
Double Navigation - similar to http://www.nationalgeographic.com/ - with colored rollover functionality
Home page will consist of:
Large Image Slider area (with ease to change image content)
Content area to place image icons and text
Featured Section areas to include:
Event Content Box - ability for staff to add scripts
Hours and contact info
Social Media feeds pulling in live Facebook and Twitter feeds
Inner Pages will require a main content area with 1 sidebar (access for staff to easily change sidebar content)
Please quote a template version with a full width layout, as a secondary option
Flexible Image Galleries
Embedded Video capabilities
Print-friendly versions of pages (including UMC maps pages)
Ability to add social media Like buttons to specific pages
Feedback Form
Ability to add new forms
Auto-generated Site Map
Custom 404 error page with site map
Mobile-friendly version of site
Backend Admin Section Requirements:
Must be created with ease of use interface (clear paths for non-tech people)
Visual Editor must include HTML access tab for adding scripts to all pages
Access Management:
CU will provide an initial list with Names and Login info (using Identikeys) for current staff members, but must have the ability for Management Team to easily add and remove team members
*An IdentiKey consists of a CU login name and password
Multiple user access levels
Restrictive user access for 2-5 areas (i.e.: Daily Specials)
Custom Fields are required for the following sections:
Daily Specials Section
Admin Directory
Job Postings
Google Analytics
SEO tool for easy access to add Meta Title, Description and Keywords on a per page basis
Security and backup
The project also requires:
Customizable Landing Pages:
Tool to allow for easy creation of Landing Pages within UMC’s site
Wedding Section will require a separate landing page with a unique URL (this can be a redirected link to a landing page on the main site URL) - additional Wedding Section pages will be hosted within the main site, but this landing page must have its own URL
Content population for some Main Pages will be required, but sub-pages will be added by client
Tutorials - must be able to do thorough live tutorials, specific for non-tech content managers
