Looking for an exciting challenge in taking an existing website from 100,000 visitors per month to 500,000 by designing, building and implementing bespoke modules as well as developing a brand new website within a Drupal framework?
Do you have flair for hand coded PHP whilst working to W3C standards in site structure, CSS cutting and theming and achieving optimal SEO practice? Are you confident in your ability to work in MySQL, Database Management, Plesk Control and Data Feeds on a dedicated Linux server?
Then look no further as we are offering a short term contract (3 – 6 months) to work alongside a fledgling business that has demonstrated tremendous growth in our first year of trading.
The business is based in the beautiful village of Henley in Arden, Warwickshire (perfect for commuters from Stratford, M40, M42 and surrounding towns).
Established in 2008, we are one of the UK’s leading online property portals offering a range of online advertising services to Estate and Letting Agents, Private Landlords and Corporate Advertisers.
We currently have a number of short term projects that would demand the skills of a Drupal developer which would help to enhance our existing website. These include:
• Social Media integration / opportunities
• Auto-responders for registered users with future mail campaign functionality
• Searchable database (100,000 entries)
• Implementation of Payment providers
• Existing site overhaul and fix errors
We also have a new website project waiting to be developed which would run alongside their existing website and built in Drupal. The candidate would therefore be required to copy and implement a number of existing modules into a new theme which has already been created.
The role offers a healthy mix of autonomy as well as being supported by the Director who has experience in SEO, XHTML, PHP and MySQL.
We are looking for the best of the best, and in return, the successful candidate will be offered a rewarding short term contract with the possibility of developing into a full time position.
We are looking for an individual who possess keen attention to detail, is able to work towards deadlines and delivers above average projects. Ideally, the candidate will demonstrate “business smarts”, adaptability, creativeness and a passion for code.

The contract is for 3 – 6 months at £2000 per month with the possibility of turning into a full time position. Initially, the candidate will be required to be self-employed and invoice the company on a monthly basis. The candidate will be required to work from the office based in Henley in Arden, Warwickshire.
