I'm not a designer per se, so thanks in advance for helping me understand HTML5 better.
From my growing understanding of things, I generally look at HTML5 for two purposes: 1) the evolution of HTML4 for page markup, and 2) a replacement for Flash.
If I understand correctly, this group is more focused on the 1st purpose as it pertains to the markup generated by Drupal. What about the second, though? If I created interactive content with HTML5 instead of Flash, how would I serve that through Drupal? I know of numerous solutions for serving Flash, but are we waiting for analogous solutions to serve HTML5?
If I made gross errors here, please let me know. I'm trying to wrap my mind around these concepts.
