Allowed The College of the University of Pennsylvania is undertaking the redesign and migration to Drupal of its primary websites, www.college.upenn.edu and www.college.upenn.edu/admissions/. The current Request for Proposal is for the graphic design phase only. The RFP for Drupal development will follow this summer.
The deadline for proposals is April 8, 2011.
