Idea for the "NH Meetup Summit"

I've had this "idea" on my mind for quite some time.

Since the New Hampshire group has become in some ways segmented by region (Manchester, Keene, Seacoast, and now the Upper Valley) I feel like we need to have some organization as a whole group that keeps our regional "sub-groups" moving in a direction that we can all agree on, while allowing our entire group of New Hampshire to flourish.

I would like to propose (and you can find a poll on the group homepage) regarding your feedback on the concept in general.

What I'd like to see from a quarterly or twice yearly "meetup summit" would be that our groups merged into one, single, larger group (in a centralized location to be determined in the center of travel time for the most users) where we can discuss the organization of our groups, how to better our regional groups individually, while benefiting the entire New Hampshire Drupal community. This could even be something where we tackle a big presentation topic. (my idea is this meetup isn't just for the organizers of the regional groups, but for EVERY user of ALL the groups)

We have a lot of users combined in our groups, while our regional meetups still are quite small. I think if we somehow figure out a way to keep things in line, and work on an outline of tasks to better our group, we can really start to push ourselves out as a full blown Drupal community that can rival some of the big players (Boston, NYC, etc.)

I'd like to hear feedback on this "idea" related to what we could discuss at these semi-infrequent events, what struggles your regional group is facing, how to improve attendance, how to come up with a meetup schedule that works for those users that frequent multiple groups, etc.

My goal here is simple: Make all of our regional groups stronger, and bring that back to the New Hampshire group as a whole.
